INNOGREEN VIET was approached to undertake a significant and challenging project in the heart of the Central Vietnam. Dubbed is known as the living and resort paradise of Nova Group, this endeavor aimed to transform a dilapidated industrial area into a high-class resort, mixed-use community space, blending residential, commercial, and public areas seamlessly.
Korean Village in Vietnam
Challenge:
The primary challenge of the Korean Village Project was threefold: firstly, the need to preserve the historical integrity of ancient village Bukchon Hanok, which held significant cultural value to the local community. Secondly, the project required innovative solutions to integrate sustainable, eco-friendly building practices, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility. The complex nature of this mixed-use development demanded a delicate balance between modern functionality and historical preservation.
The third challenge is also the most crucial one: completing the project from the initial design concept - design documentation - construction permit application - construction to operation within a mere 4 months.
Our Solution:
Preserving Historical Integrity: Engage with historians, local experts, and community leaders to ensure that the design respects and reflects the cultural significance of Bukchon Hanok Village. This could involve using traditional materials and construction methods or incorporating design elements that are characteristic of the village.
Sustainable Building Practices: Implement cutting-edge green technologies and materials that reduce the environmental impact. This might include solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and the use of sustainable materials like wooden or recycled steel.
Efficient Project Completion: To meet the tight 4-month deadline, it’s essential to have a well-coordinated project management plan. This should include:
Fast-tracking: Overlapping design and construction phases where possible.
Bungalow: Using prefabricated components in factory to speed up the construction process.
Efficient Permitting: Working closely with authorities to ensure a smooth and quick permitting process.
